Fazer um corte superficial em cruz em uma das extremidades dos tomates e colocar para cozinhar em uma panela com \u00e1gua por 5 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>2 &#8211; Depois escorrer os tomates e acrescentar em um recipiente com \u00e1gua e gelo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Observa\u00e7\u00e3o: este processo chama-se branqueamento<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>3 \u2013 Picar em <em>brunoise<\/em> (cubinhos) a cebola, o alho e o cheiro verde, e refogar no azeite at\u00e9 dourar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>4 \u2013 Em seguida retirar a pele dos tomates e processar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>5 &#8211; Junte ao refogado, acrescente o or\u00e9gano, o alecrim, o sal e por \u00faltimo o a\u00e7\u00facar para equilibrar a acidez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>6 &#8211;
