Na bagagem, a equipe levou o compromisso de real\u00e7ar a riqueza dos sabores da terra de Macuna\u00edma, com o tema \u201cRoraima: A Amaz\u00f4nia em Sabores\u201d. Os ingredientes selecionados para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o dos pratos inclu\u00edram produtos agr\u00edcolas, ervas, especiarias e prote\u00ednas locais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:4px\" sabores se traduziu nos singulares e modernos <em>fil\u00e9 de tambaqui ao molho de macaxeira guarnecido com nhoque de banana da terra<\/em>, <em>entremet de buriti com ganache de chocolate Yanomami, gelato de d\u00e3o e farofa de ca\u00e7ari<\/em>, apresentados com muita t\u00e9cnica pelos instrutores do Senac RR em uma aula-show especial, e servidos com excel\u00eancia aos clientes dos Os clientes foram agraciados com exposi\u00e7\u00f5es de artes pl\u00e1sticas, artesanatos t\u00edpicos e apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es musicais do artista Santiago Pemon, que \u00e9 monitor e aluno do Ana Paula Schipitoski, a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do departamento regional nessa Semana de Gastronomia possibilitou a troca de experi\u00eancias entre as diversas equipes envolvidas. \u201cEssa imers\u00e3o fez com que todo o trabalho, e a expertise desses profissionais possa servir de inspira\u00e7\u00e3o.
